Mr. P. Balaji - CEO

Balaji is a seasoned renewable energy sector professional with close to 7 years of experience. The journey that started at Rays Power Infra culminated in the founding of Profuse Energy & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. The vision of the company is to create green assets for the economy by utilising the entrepreneurial abilities inherent in everyone in the team. He’s a leader with a fresh perspective and has an uncanny knack to see the big picture and take decisions to grow the company.

Having done 400+ MWp of work is no easy feat, he still manages to find time to pursue his interests. He is a voracious reader and has gotten high quality articles published in renewable energy journals.

Balaji pursued his M.Tech. in Power Electronics from JNTUA and B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics.

Revan Kumar - COO

Revan has rich experience of the renewable energy sector having been associated with the sector for close to 7 years. He too started his career with Rays Power Infra. A quest to find one’s own identity and make a positive impact on the society, lead him to the path of entrepreneurship. Hence, he co-founded the company along with Balaji. He’s a down to earth person and leads the ground operations. All ideas reach fruition due to his design and execution skills.

Despite being on site most of the time, he still pursues his passion for sports. He played badminton and cricket at state level and kho-kho at the South Zonal Meet @ U-18 level.

Revan pursued his M.Tech. in Power Electronics from JNTUA and B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics.

Phani Sarma - VP (Business Development & Strategic Partnerships)

Phani brings in a diverse pan-India experience of Business Development, Strategic Partnerships & Marketing. Having been in the sector close to a decade gives him the width of perception and a deep understanding of the entire sales & marketing value chain. Adept at Client Relationship Management, he’s been pivotal to the growth of Profuse Energy & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. in first three years of its operations.

He has an eye for details and is a systems oriented thinker. No matter how packed his schedule is, he still manages to find time to read on topics of his interest. A cricket aficionado, he won’t miss watching a match and reiterating the match highlights with infectious enthusiasm.

Phani pursued his M.B.A. in Marketing from International B-School, Bangalore and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications.

Jamal Reddy – General Manager (Liasioning)

Jamal has 5 years of experience in the sector. Under his stewardship liasioning and procurement of 200+ MWp projects was done. He has been associated with Profuse Group since its ideation and inception.

Being a great co-ordinator, managing relations with the concerned officials in the government departments is the main task entrusted to him. Besides this, he’s responsible for timely material supplies required at the site.

Jamal pursued his M.Tech. in Power Electronics from JNTUA and B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics.

Bulusu Prasanna – Senior Manager (Business Development & Marketing)

Prasanna is an energy sector professional with 5 years of experience. As a research analyst she covered oil & gas sector, power markets and solar energy sector and as an associate consultant assisted her senior in CDM (clean development mechanism) projects. Besides this, she was also actively involved in the marketing of the products and/or services in the previous organizations she worked with viz. Rays Power Infra, CEEW, Climate Connect and 360 Analytics.

At Profuse Energy & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. she gets to use her knowledge of the energy sector and a penchant for creativity via the marketing work to augur company's growth.

In her free time she prefers to read non-fiction books, write poetry, listen to videos on topics of her interest on YouTube. What's life without a bucket list? She wants to travel to new places and look at the world from an energy lens: how different people and different cultures in different environments fulfill their energy needs.

She pursued her M.B.A. in Energy & Environment Management from Symbiosis, Pune (SIU) and B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from BIT, Durg (CSVTU).
